Pinoy Thanks! That did the trick for me. Now I just need to get compression(gzipped) to work.
I’m having a similar issue as you but its backwords. My subpages are cached and the home page is not.
http://www.thetechtalkblog.comI use this page to test if it has been gzipped or not. http://www.whatsmyip.org/http_compression/

In reply to: Login dosen’t change to site admin after logging in.Ok I have figured out what the problem is. I had my blog address set to http://www.thetechtalkblog.com all I had to do was change it to thetechtalkblog.com and that fixed it.
Just for the record I switched from windows to linux. So far everything is working way better.

In reply to: Login dosen’t change to site admin after logging in.the second one you refer to I just installed thinking that maybe it was a result of the underscore but it wasn’t. You can actually get to the site by going to http://thetechtalkblog.com/_blogs/thetechtalkblog.com/thetechtalkblog/index.php but that still doesn’t solve anything.

In reply to: Login dosen’t change to site admin after logging in.That is the location of the blog. I don’t understand why the site can only be accessed at http://www.thetechtalkblog.com and not at the physical address?
