In reply to: [amr users] Plugin not finding my Custom User Profile fieldsI tried doing what I was doing here on a different WordPress install that’s a very similar setup, and tried the same options with Buddypress custom user fields, and your plugin found them and added them to the list without any problems. So, it’s definitely something on my end; possibly related to my database setup. I may end up having to blast my current database and reset to make things work.
Thanks for your help, and for designing this nice plugin!

In reply to: [amr users] Plugin not finding my Custom User Profile fieldsThanks for putting in that work to help, anmari.
I did check my data table and indeed the data was there.
So, I decided to delete the plugin and do a fresh install. In that process I realized something; I’ve been using the plugin on a multisite network, and I’ve only been creating lists and finding fields on one particular site on the multisite network. Even though I only created the Buddypress custom fields on that particular site, I tried using your plugin to find the fields from the multisite network admin, and poof, they were found!
That was an oversight on my part, but I was expecting those fields to be found directly from the particular site on the multisite network. I’ll just plan to use that multisite user list, so that shouldn’t be a problem. Thanks for helping me resolve this issue.
Unfortunately, I am now running into one other problem (not sure if I should start a new thread for this, so feel free to direct me to do that). These custom Buddypress fields are now being found, and are showing up in the table on the “Configure a User List” screen, but for some reason when I attempt to add any of these fields to a particular list by putting a number in the “Display Order” box and click “Update Field Settings,” the number isn’t sticking (as in, the list is re-loaded with no numbers on these fields that I added numbers to). I am able to add most of the other fields (e.g. email, description, etc.) using that same method, so I don’t know what is keeping those particular fields from being added.
Do you know why that is happening?
Thanks, again, for your help.

In reply to: [amr users] Plugin not finding my Custom User Profile fieldsThanks for the swift reply!
I’ve installed the Buddypress add-on, and your plugin was subsequently able to find many of the Buddypress fields (such as user latest update, favorite activities, etc.), but it is not finding any of the custom User Profile Fields that I have created.
Any ideas why that’s happening?
Scientic,
Thanks a bunch for your help with this. I haven’t found a solution yet, but I appreciate the suggestions, and I’ll keep poking around.
Scientic,
I commented out that line, but it didn’t fix the issue for me. Any chance you did any additional stuff in conjunction with that?
Richard,
I tried those steps, and it doesn’t look like it’s a plugin or theme conflict issue. I’ve contacted help@time.ly as you requested.
Richard,
Thanks for taking a look. We are running the latest version (Version 1.8.3-premium). The flashing is more severe on the home page, where we’re using the calendar widget under the “Upcoming Events” heading.
