Hello,
I would like to add one more important point to my previous message.
The issue is still occurring, and unfortunately, it has not been resolved yet. Since this is currently preventing some users from completing their subscription payments, I would really appreciate it if you could continue investigating this issue.
I also noticed that the topic has been marked as “Resolved,” but the problem is still occurring on my site.
Could you please take another look at this issue? I would be very grateful for your help in resolving it as soon as possible, as this is affecting actual users who are trying to subscribe.
Thank you very much for your continued support.
I checked the User-Agent information in the Stripe logs.
The issue does not appear to be limited to the Instagram in-app browser. I found a failed payment attempt from Samsung Internet on Android and another failed attempt from Chrome on Windows as well. At the same time, there are also users who successfully completed payment through the Instagram in-app browser.
So, based on the User-Agent information in the Stripe logs, the issue does not seem to be specific to the Instagram in-app browser.
Hello,
I have some additional information that may help with troubleshooting.
I created a completely new WordPress page containing only the
[pms-register]shortcode, without any other content or elements, and asked a user who had previously experienced the issue to try the payment again from this new page.Unfortunately, the user experienced the exact same issue and the checkout remained stuck on “Processing”.
For this latest attempt as well, Stripe recorded a successful
POST /v1/confirmation_tokensrequest, but there were no subsequent/v1/customersor/v1/payment_intentsrequests.The test page is:
https://japanesewithmeow.com/구독-신청-예비/This seems to make it less likely that the issue is caused by the content or structure of the original registration page.
Thank you again for your help.
Best regards,
