Do you mean re-uploading all files and folders e.g.all my images/products??? i simply can’t do that it would take me forever!! all the files must still be there because they show on my website just not in my dashboard

This seems like a lot of work for something i haven’t done incorrectly
and then surely, i will have lost all the plugins i paid for!??
I have managed , going through Headway theme to access my plugins and i get a white page which says
You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.
