Snipped shortcode the following shortcode genre which I introduced in the <img>

Erro: the shortcode image is not displayed does not show the image URL
It took months just yesterday using it and upgrade to WordPress 4.2.4 and images used shortcode disappeared
I have the same error after upgrade to wordpress 4.2.4
The images are not displayed by adding a shortcode to the tag <img src=”[xyz-ihs snippet=”Logo-Image-shortcode”]” alt=”Title image” />
In the preview of the page error is shown as follows
<img src=”[xyz-ihs snippet=” logo-image-shortcode”]”=”” alt=”Title image”>
The plugin does not generate the url of the image, we hope that the author of the plugin correct this problem because since 2014 does not update this plugin.
