That’s OK. I’ve customized some templates (archive-product and single-product) and included my menu manually.
Solved. It was other plugin, an accordion menu.

I’ve tested the plugin in other site and it seems to work right. Maybe is the WordPress version. Gallery works wrong in 3.2.1, but perfectly in 3.1.3. I don’t know.
