Duplicating a page would allow for the user to continue using the structure without having to figure out the settings, categories, templates etc. that they need to set.
Although I do see your point, this could always be part of those website builder plugins.

I’ve just tested it again and the logs area is still empty.
Unfortuanately as I logged this 2 months ago I no longer have access to the website through FTP/Hosting so I can’t check that for you.
I can confirm that it’s on the latest version of WP, 4.2.2, and the bug still seems to be there.

I don’t see why macmanwv had to open a new thread.
I’m also not seeing the logs working on my WordPress site and I have version 1.9 as well.
Any ideas?
