    I’ve just tested it again and the logs area is still empty.

    Unfortuanately as I logged this 2 months ago I no longer have access to the website through FTP/Hosting so I can’t check that for you.

    I can confirm that it’s on the latest version of WP, 4.2.2, and the bug still seems to be there.

    Hey,

    Do you happen to use the third-party ‘Email before download’ plugin? We just discovered that this plugin is breaking down the log functionality when files are downloaded via their forms.

    Yes that’s the one. Please contact their developer (we didn’t create it) or consider getting one of our form locking extensions like the Gravity Forms extension (https://www.download-monitor.com/extensions/gravity-forms/) or the Ninja Forms extension (https://www.download-monitor.com/extensions/ninja-forms/).
