In addition to the above, we noticed that this part that you provided: %e7%82%b9%e5%87%bb%e9%b2%b8%e9%b1%bc_page_clickwhale-linkpages is an encoded version of点击鲸鱼_page_clickwhale-linkpages.
Decoding%e7%82%b9%e5%87%bb%e9%b2%b8%e9%b1%bcgives:%e7%82%b9→ 点%e5%87%bb→ 击%e9%b2%b8→ 鲸%e9%b1%bc→ 鱼
Combined: 点击鲸鱼 means “click the whale” in Chinese.
It looks like the you’ve manually opened URL with an incorrectly encoded
pageparameter.
Can you please confirm if you use the browser translation to Chinese?
Meanwhile, can you please test the page without using translation tool or browser extensions?

If that doesn’t resolve it, try disabling all other plugins except ClickWhale and see if the problem still occurs.
