After doing all the above, the data in the db is still showing in gibberish (I am using phpmyadmin).
For example all the post contents are displaying like ‘רומן על סופר יהודי ופטריוט ×…’
I think it was right after wordpress updating to version 4.7.5, but i don’t know for sure.

I dont know if it’s about WordPress updating to version 4.7.5, but i also having some translation problem since the update. In some location it translates the text, even though the site is set on en_US.
Any ideas?

There are no warning or error message in the console tab.
