Issue resolved. Godaddy needed to clear server side caches that are not cleared by the user side Cache clear button. This is on Managed WordPress Hosting with Godaddy if anyone else has this issue.

So more than one of us having this issue. Appears to have started with the wordpress 4.5 update. Managed hosting updated wordpress to 4.5.1 on april 28th
