Same thing for me : missing Category Filter in Admin Product Page.
In WooCommerce 3.1.2, it worked very well. But not in WooCommerce 3.2.1
I searched on the internet and found the origin of the problem:
” The product category filter on the products screen has been AJAXified for faster loading.”
in page version 3.2.0 Release HighLights :
3.2.0 Release highlights
in paragraph “Everything else… Other features include: ”
Unfortunately, I do not know much about it and what to do to re find this feature.
