Hi, I have the exact same issue as described above. I had one accordion which I have been using for months without issue. I had HTML in the WYSIWYG editor and an apostrophe was breaking the code. I tried to escape the character with a backslash and the whole accordion disappeared and I see no way of retrieving it. I have contacted my hosting provider to see if a back up can be retrieved but it does appear that certain characters can break and wipe all content.
My organisation wouldn’t allow for screensharing sessions. I’ve found another form plugin which works out of the box. Thanks for your help
Thank you for looking at the form. You are correct in saying there were errors on the page. These were all in regards to enqueuing styles and have been fixed and there are no errors appearing now. The form is still not working. As I said initially I’m not in a position to give backend access to the site to anyone outwith our organisation. Thanks.
Thanks Sona, I’m using the latest version of the plugin and have sent the form URL for testing.
