The logo image above the menu buttons was displaying the header to be larger than the actual “height for header area” I just needed to extend the height so that it matched what was displayed.
I’m not sure if that makes sense or why it was alternating between how much page was showing when refreshed but it’s all fixed now :]

It sounds like it only I can type in the URL open the home page, not scroll at all, hit refresh and it will do what i was describing earlier. Not only that but once it is tucked up underneath the header, I can’t scroll it back down. I’m glad to hear its not happening to you but I’m still having the issue.

Thanks for pointing out that this is a general forum. I’m sorry. This is my first time posting a question and I thought this was monitored by the creator of my theme, Fruitful.
To answer your question, I’m trying to make it so that the page doesn’t slip up and under the header when hitting the refresh button. I don’t believe it’s intended because it cuts off content. For example, if you type in the URL it will display the full slider as intended. Same goes for clicking the menu buttons. However, more often then not, if you click the browser refresh button, the displayed page shifts up and under the header cutting off content. This happens on each page (Home & Contact).
Thanks again for your reply! If you have any solutions I’d love to hear them but I will be trying to get in contact with the theme developer.
