Ok, I figured out that the plugin WordPress SEO caused some issue. After the recent update no errors occur anymore. I also can suggest to turn off all plugins and re-activate one after another. In this way you can easily check which plugin causes incompatibilities (this worked for me).
The new update of NextGEN Facebook Open Graph Plugin v4.0.2 fixed the problem. The voting stars are visible again. 🙂
