I had my developer look at it and there were a couple of things that should have been unique between the two scripts. It is working properly now.

I did change the function names so that they weren’t the same but that did not resolve the issue.

After deactivating the requested plugins, I was able to successfully register, confirm and login.
I activated each plugin one-by-one and found that there is some kind of incompatibility with W3 Total Cache.
Is there anyway to work around the conflict and keep both W3 Total Cache and Page Builder?

All the requested plugins are deactivated.

Unfortunately, I cannot disable any plugins on the site unless it is under scheduled maintenance.
I’ve setup a completely fresh site and it is working fine.
