Sorry, I see now that it is the 3.4 version of WordPress. That should be the issue.
I’ve tried changing the theme but same issue.
So jQuery 1.7.2? What to do? I don’t have jQuery as a plugin.

Have you tried an mobile plugin? I can recommend WPtouch. Works fine with Delicate.
