i tried clean my brower cache  safari and chrome , even on my pc’s  edge  . it doesn’t work .

now ,still a old version of welcome bar on the top of my homepage . but i already disable and deleted mystickymenu 

see my attachment which i send you through the mail . i think there is some set or data remains in my database or somewhere  failure to be uninstall ..
just after that  upgrade 

any means can clean it and reinstall ?

my site languages is Chinese by the way
