The robots.txt does seem to exist… if I go to http://mysite.com/robots.txt I do see:
User-agent: *
Disallow:
I did not create this manually since I really don’t know how to do it… I was under the impression that your plugin (or AIOSEO or Google XML Sitemaps) created it.

I can confirm that this fixed the issue I was having.
Sean, I’ve been exchanging emails with Katy @ Scribe SEO for the past couple of days and was able to fix the issue just now.
I was using All In One SEO Pack (AIOSEO), and did not need to go into the settings > scribe-settings before and frankly it did not occur to me till I read the solution.
For those that are switching, you know what to do now 🙂
