In reply to: [WooCommerce Square] Square plugin doesn’t work on Kinsta hostingHowdy @jdisenso,
Thanks for reaching out!
jsonmapper is a required vendor library in the Square plugin. Did Kinsta tell you why they can’t support jsonmapper, or if there are any core PHP functions within it that they’ve disabled, like parse_ini_file()?
Can you also check with Kinsta and ensure
opcache.save_commentsis enabled in your PHP configuration? We have more info about that requirement here.If Kinsta is unable to support these requirements, you may want to explore alternative hosts.
If you need further help troubleshooting this, please open a ticket with us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

We will be able to help you further in a ticket if needed.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Syncing products with square inventory from woocommerceHowdy @wolverinefarm,
It sounds like you’re getting an error when fetching stock with WooCommerce Square. Is this the error you’re seeing?
Screenshot: https://d.pr/i/QQl01WIf it is, you’re affected by an open issue we have that causes problems with fetching stock from Square for individual product variations.
The issue is marked as High Priority and our developers are currently working on a fix for it. The fix is nearing completion and we hope to release it soon.
You can keep your eyes on the WooCommerce Square changelog to see when the fix is released. The changelog entry will have this, or similar, wording:
Fix – Issue with not being able to fetch stock for variations.
Thanks for your patience while our developers get this fix rolled out. Let us know if you have any questions!
Hi @prwordpressorg,
Are you using the latest version of Stripe’s API (2022-11-15) either on your account or a webhook endpoint? If you’re not sure, you can check by logging in to the Stripe dashboard and navigating to the Developers page.
If you are using the latest API version, you’re likely affected by this compatibility issue: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-gateway-stripe/issues/2488
You can check the issue for more details and the symptoms to identify it. Our developers have a fix and you can check the changelog or the issue to see when it’s released.
If you’re not using the latest API version or if you’re not sure you’re affected by this, please open a ticket with us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.
Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.
For everyone else with similar issues, the same info applies. Thank you all for chiming in to help with this and for bearing with us while we get the fix released!
You shouldn’t need to use a UA property in addition to GA4. To clarify, is the monetization data that you’re expecting to see, which is currently not tracking, purchase events for completed orders?
Here are a few things you can try:
- Remove the gtag.js added with Divi. It looks like your site is calling gtag.js 3 times. Ensure this is only added via the WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration plugin.
- Ensure Purchase Transactions and Add to Cart Events are enabled in the plugin settings.
- Disable your caching plugins: WP Super Cache & Asset CleanUp
- Place a test order in Chrome with the Tag Assistant enabled. Is the purchase event tracked on the order received page?
- You may also want to try running a conflict test. If you’ve customized your checkout and the order-received endpoint with Divi, that could be causing a conflict: How to test for conflicts
Can you give that a try and let us know how it goes? If you can also include a full-page screenshot of your settings for the Google Analytics plugin, that would be great.

Hi @faisal99
Thanks for sending over those screenshots.
Question: Is shipping label generator at order page work for USA…??? As our business based in Spain…
That’s correct. `The “Create shipping label” button will show if the following is true:
– Your store is in the United States (including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and other U.S. territories)
– Your store currency is US Dollars
– At least one product in the order “needs shipping” according to WooCommerce (typically means a non-virtual product)
You can find more information about that in the documentation here.
Please let us know if you’re unable to create a shipping label when those conditions are met.
