Are you talking about the default buttons? Because you can make a lot of different shapes with the configuration options.
What shapes are you looking for?
Also the pro version MaxButtons 6 basic button sets that might get you there faster.

hi, MaxButtons is compatible with wpml. we haven’t looked at qTranslate.
