Hi,
Be sure to use another browser when testing email or statistics functions. If you test it in the same browser the plugin will see that you are logged in as admin, and will not record the email address.
Did you see the test saying ‘text you’ ?

I had tested in Firefox while I was logged in on Chrome. Nonetheless, I completely logged out of my Admin and cleared cookies in Firefox and tried again. It’s the same thing. Please try right now on https://sme.consulting/ and you will see, it doesn’t respond

The reason when the form doesn’t work is that somehow the front-end scripting gets unloaded and so there is no response when hitting the submit button.
However I don’t really see the mat coming up, just being swiped away really quickly in some cases. It seems to me that your theme, or some plugin, is replacing most of all of the mat when it loads. It seems to be related to something called ‘intercom’. Is there a plugin by that name? If so then I’ll need to do some testing with that plugin and see if there is a conflict and how to solve that.
That sucks! I am using https://www.intercom.com/ (the chat messenger feature) so hopefully I can keep both. Please let me know

After some testing I think I found the issue. Turns out if was on our site (sorry). Please check version 1.0.1 and see if that works for you. It should appear online soon.
Hey Bas. I updated to v1.0.1 and it is working perfectly now! Your support has been awesome. I highly recommend this plugin. One final thing to consider, I used a test email address and checked in the ‘Emails’ section and it was there. There is no way to delete an unwanted email though. Maybe that might be a feature to add? 🙂
