Oh my explanation is really bad – I made a mistake in explanation! Sorry!
(oh please, let’s try and finish our conversation in these thread – I am really short on time and we have quite an informative conversation in these thread already)===
I deactivated all plugins except “Yoast SEO Premium” and I switched to default ”Twenty-Twenty One” theme – when I clicked on “Start SEO data optimization” – I get @red@ Ooops error message
Then I tried to deactivate “Yoast SEO Premium” and activate free “Yoast SEO” and optimization process went successfully (now I see “green” success info box)
Then I deactivate “Yoast SEO” and again activate “Yoast SEO Premium” and… again I see “red” info box with optimization suggestion (that is with default WP theme and all plugins deactivated)

Ok Thank you all – I used code suggested in these thread and it fixed these problem for me!
Have a good day!
“…it would likely still be set to noindex due to the Yoast settings”
I see… May be Yoast SEO has some option to add static URL? And if so – may be if I’ll add archive URL there it overwrights “noindex follow” by “index follow”?Yes you are wright! That is exactly the problem I am talking about.
Ok I have an idea – what if I:
1) Disable “single” pages in Yoast setting
2) Manually add “archive” page to sitemap.xmlWill it work? Or will Yaost overwright my manual additings each time it dynamically generates sitemap.xml? (if I am not misstaken – it dynamically generates it each time new post is published)

Or may be Yoast plugin have option to manually add static link to sitemap so I can just add my archive page there..?

That was first option I have used (please read my first post for details)
The problem is that when I set “Show Vacancy in Search Results” to “NO” it actually delete “single pages” AND “archive page” from my XML sitemap
(I have doublechecked my “Show the archive for Vacancy in search results” setting – it set to “YES”)

“Show single > YES” // “Show archive > YES” = correct behaviour:

“Just to clarify, do you have several of those CPTs assigned to that archive? Or is it just one single CPT that is in the archive?”
It is just one single CPT that is in the archive

“…could you edit that specific CPT and go to the Yoast SEO meta box…”
By “edit that specific CPT” you mean page where I created and setup my CPT (I am using CPT UI Plugin)? I can’t find Yoast SEO meta box there:
