That is not very helpful, if I knew CSS I wouldn’t be having these questions.
Is this change even in CSS or is in the themes HTML?

I install firebug and can now easily view the code but how do I make it right justified so it shows up on the right hand side of the navigation menu?
Below is the code I can see for the tab I would like moved over.
