if you talking about the first offer (who says free and expired) i think not came with pluguin, if you dont see this deal on editing deals panel , its probably a shortcode you accidentally included at base page review it for its possible.
I dont an expert on this, but the people who developed it i think abandoned us, i hope to i can help you, if not, say to me and i try to think in something.
the last solution is reinstall the pluguin, beacause im sure dont come with this default
