    I note that you told another user to disable plugins for testing.

    I did this but there was no change.

    Hello, Yes I just created an empty file in the WordPress Directory 😀
    Thank you so much we have wasted months and countless hours on this.

    Hello, Thank you! that file seems to have solved it I tested on a few sites and they did not downgrade. The thing is the sites are all on the same WHM. What exactly do I need to tell the hosting provider? I have already opened a number of tickets with them.

    We are using iThemes security (which I know is not the issue as I completely removed it from a site for a test and 3AM it downgraded again)

    You can see in the below log (iThemes security log) that while we keep updating the plugin, no entry is made when the plugin is downgraded to 3.6.4 and requires updating again.

    Hello,

    We are having this exact same problem on 5 websites.

    We have spent countless hours troubleshooting and logged tickets with the hosting provider, Panthur.

    Is there some things we can check?

    I have disabled every plugin on a site and only left Avada activated.
    I have removed Litespeed and reinstalled, then chose to Reset All under Import/Export.
    I also changed the Cpanel and WordPress passwords as well as disconnected it from ManageWP and overnight it reverted again.

    This has been going on for months we are having display issues on the sites and every day have to upgrade the plugin again.

    I have checked Installatron settings in Cpanel and everything is off there also.

    Please help what can we do?
