Thanks for getting back to me. Seems to be happening on all subscriptions.

Seems like the customer makes the order, it renews as it should for the next month then it seems to then no longer send another renewal.
Im on the latest version 1.7.14 but only recently upgraded (couple days ago so unable to know if that has sorted the issue). Was previously on 1.7.3 I think but can’t be 100% certain. (sorry)
