    Hello, thank you again.

    `Thanks for the screenshot.

    Sorry, I’m going to ask you some basic questions. But that’s, unfortunately, the nature of troubleshooting. Please respond to the individual questions below.

    1) Kindly confirm if this screenshot is coming directly from the Vimeo.com website, and not from a WordPress plugin. –> Confirm that this screenshot is coming directly from Vimeo.com

    2) Unless the video is of a sensitive nature that we shouldn’t see (eg patient record), kindly temporarily set the EMBEDDING option to “Any Domain” and let’s test to see if it has any effect. –> I have tried to change the option to “Anywhere” and, as I knew, the issue has been solved but I cant use this option because my videos are “paid videos” so If i set “Anywehere” users could see them without pay.

    3) Kindly have you indeed TESTED this yourself (not just counting on user reports)… in popular browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Edge & Safari) and on all common operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android & iOS)… and found the video works everywhere except Safari? –> I have tested in also popular browser you mentioned except Edge and in all operating systems except Linux. The issue appears only in MACBOX using SAFARI, for example, If I use Safari from my Iphone, the videos work correctly

    4) For Safari, does it NOT work on both desktop and mobile? Or does it only work on desktop but not on mobile (iOS)? As I wrove above, the videos dont work only in Safari for Mac, so for desktop.

    5) Kindly also provide a PUBLIC page on your website with one video embedded, so we can test from our end for you. Yes, of course, here, for example you can see a video that I embedded as I usually do. I underline that the problem appears only in private pages so in the pages where could be accesible only at users who have paid a course. Enfact, this page is a public page and works also in MAC using Safari: https://www.studemme.com/courses/procedura-civile-1-unina-de-santis/

    Thank you again

    Hi, thank you a lot for the answer. I paste the Vimeo’s staff message:

    “`Hi Matteo,

    Thanks for following up.

    In reviewing the embed code on your site, it appears as though the method you’re using to insert the embed code is causing it to be modified after the fact. Below is an example of the embed code from your site:

    <iframe width=”640″ height=”360″ frameborder=”0″ allowfullscreen=”allowfullscreen” data-src=”https://player.vimeo.com/video/456216569&#8243; class=” lazyloaded” src=”data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==”><span data-mce-type=”bookmark” style=”display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;” class=”mce_SELRES_start”></span></iframe>

    Below is an example of the embed code that we provide:
    <iframe src=”https://player.vimeo.com/video/456216569?h=d66300fe4f&#8221; width=”640″ height=”360″ frameborder=”0″ allow=”autoplay; fullscreen; picture-in-picture” allowfullscreen></iframe>

    According to the above examples, I’m seeing that WordPress is applying the lazy loading function to your embed code. In this case, you’ll want to use a different method for inserting your embed code directly into the HTML of your webpage, preferably one that does not include any modifications. I would strongly recommend getting in touch with WordPress for more information on that`”

    So, I have wrote to you.

    Thank you,

    So if now i would use the free version to see if the plugin is good for me, I need to paste

    <?php $this->custom_field(‘shipping_wooccm8’); ?>

    in which folder: “invoice.php” o “packing-slip.php” ?

    Possibly, you could send me all the code? So at that point, I could paste all the code in the right folder. Unluckily Im not good with the php code 🙁

    Sorry, I dont speak very well english. I try. I bought a theme and the login form is the login form avaiable in the theme. So my users dont do login on the wordpress form but do on the login of the theme.

    Loggedin block the users that do login on the wordpress form but does not block who do the login on the login form on the theme.
