Hi @shahzeenfarooq – thanks for your reply! Do you mean do this on my staging site? Because it’s a staging site the payments are in sandbox mode so I’m unable to test as normal using the checkbox because the option to enable test mode isn’t available.
Just an update – I’ve worked out why the order-received page wasn’t showing on Live and it appears there was an old regex redirect condition still active in Rank Math!
The issue with disabling test mode in Payment settings I’m still unable to work out so any guidance on that would be appreciated.
