Any other ideas?

My problem is that I cannot add a third language, to a website where two languages (italian and english) are already running. I have already the last Ceceppa Multilanguage issue, I select the german language (or any), when I save it everithing seems to work, but if I reload the page the third language disappears. No change is saved.
