In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Facebook for Woocommerce configuration errorHi @dougaitken, I have done everything at Facebook end but they point me back to woocommerce. I can see that both sides don’t understand their product and make each other the excuse of their inability to resolve the issue, worse is marking the issue resolved even if it is known that it is not.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Facebook for Woocommerce configuration errorHi @solstudioim, I have checked all the Settings in https://yoursitedomain.com/wp-admin/options.php, actually only one item has values in the fields, it is wc_facebook_external_business_id, http://i.is.cc/25YvIlKs.png, http://i.is.cc/25YyAKyx.png, all the rest have empty boxes. This one with value cannot be deleted. You delete it and save, you come back, the value is still there. I will keep on trying, think it is the connection. But I wonder if it would help with only one if I can delete it.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Facebook for Woocommerce configuration error@wbrubaker.a11n, I was told in this forum to start my own topic as if the issue will be resolved if I do, only to find this kind of response, clearly indicating your incompetence. You are good as nothing.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Facebook for Woocommerce configuration errorI have done it. Facebook said it is a woocommerce issue. Because plugin owners don’t understand their product, each one point to the other. This confirm my belief that the plugin supports don’t really understand the plugin. No wonder this issue is not resolved after all this time.
Hi @amandasjackson, if that is all you need, I am starting the topic below.
Every time I try to configure Facebook for Woocommerce, I have this ‘Admin Permission Required’ error, https://prnt.sc/10b42gc. I am an administrator of the business page, https://prntscr.com/10b490q. Please help.

Hi @amandasjackson, I am not sure if I am not really the person who started the topic, but can’t you see that I have started my own topic already? Is it your excuse of not being able to help?
Hi @tibetanitech
I have repeated the issue many times in the forum. How does starting my own topic help? Is it all you can say instead of helping resolve the issue? This forum is useless. This inquiry started several months ago, can’t even remember the exact date, until now it is not resolved. The plugin support look like they don’t understand the product. All they can give are confusions. Very poor product with very very poor support. One thing I asked is the database table of the plugin, nobody can give.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Facebook for Woocommerce configuration errorI am very sorry and thanks for your help, but I really cannot find what you are talking about. Tried to search it with the keyword, http://i.is.cc/1IIg2VmM.png but there is nothing. Can’t believe this issue would last for several months and no solution in sight.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Facebook for Woocommerce configuration errorWhen I follow this link https://trainedtools.com/wp-admin/options.php, the wordpress admin page open, but where is this options.php? I cannot find it there. Actually finding it is another problem.
I have added myself as an admin to business manager and all assets related but it don’t work. I have stated it again and again in my previous posts started several months earlier, until now it is not resolved. Now I am asking for the database table of Facebook for Woocommerce version 2.0.5. Is there anybody who can help with this question?
Hey @simonskyverge, I have added myself as an admin to business manager and all assets related but it don’t work. I have experienced a similar case in other plugins. The solution that worked was delete its database table and re-install the plugin. I think this method will work in this case. Please tell me the database table of Facebook for Woocommerce version 2.0.5 and I will try.
