Both websites are in Polish and after upgrade to 9.3.3 the polish translation in WooCommerce has disappeared.

Mapa wyświetla się w połowie, po wpisaniu nazwy miejscowości pojawia się informacja o braku dostępnych opcji. Raz po raz wyświetla się poprawnie, raz po raz w połowie, albo nawet wcale.
Po wyborze danego dostawcy na liście pojawiają się wszystkie punkty wszystkich dostawców.

So on my test website Diana’s plugin worked smoothly, yet on my client’s stage it didn’t work. I switched to Classic Checkout as Vallels suggested and used Flexible Checkout Field to create the checkbox. I’m not sure what my cause this issue – both website used Twentytwentyfour theme, all plugins except Woo switched off…
Anyway, thans again.
