These are not the related post tabs, rather these are the post navigation, which makes it easier for the reader to go to the next or previous post.

But if you still want to get rid off those, then add the following css in your child theme‘s style.css or by using a custom css plugin.

.post-navigation {
    display: none;
}

You too can achieve all these by changing the settings and adding the widgets.

Settings can be found under Appearance >> customizer
