This is what I added:

I added the code above to page.php and checked a page and I found the Multiple Content blocks appearing when I refreshed it.

I installed this plugin last night and then tried looking for a plugin for a contact form.. I tried installing both Contact Form 7 and Fast and Secure Contact Form and these 2 weren’t working. I deactivated this plugin and miraculously Fast and Secure Contact Form worked! I just realized why it’s not working because of this post. I hope you fix it.
