I can confirm that the OPcache was disabled on PHP 8.3 and PHP 8.4.
If i put the OPcache to ennabled the WP-Memory-Usage is the same for all of them, thanks for clearing things.Forum: Plugins

is this for all users or only the admins?
Update the plugin to version 8.9.0. Go to Security > Settings > Login & User Protection. Look for the new “Whitelist Login Countries” field. Simply select the country (or multiple countries) where your administrators reside. Click Save.

I have tested the bulk import but if you use the bulk import buton the IP’s are not going to the .htaccess File.
If you use the Manually Block IP buton the ip’s are going to the .htaccess File.Forum: Plugins

It looks that the new 807 version works correct, the errors are gone and Paypal still working.
