The site is on my local machine. I cannot share the links. I would have to upload it to a my host to do that. I just gave you the url to show you what comes up. I will see if I can get this on a host where you can look at it. But I am not optimistic that you will be able to fix it.

If I switch to twentysixteen there is no content on either page. However, if I switch to customify as an example, it shows proper content on the respective pages.

Also, I have another site that uses Elementor and Oceans WP and do not have this problem.

The only plugins I left in were the elementor (I use Pro) plugin. It does not seem to be a plugin problem.

I would try to recreate the site but moving all the settings, etc is a real pain.

If it did not work with another theme I might suspect WP itself. But that is not the case. This is specific to this install of Oceans WP.

I have spent many, many hours trying to figure this out. I just cannot find anything wrong. I compared setting with my Oceans WP site that works and they are the same.

    Just have no idea.

When editing the homepage in Elementor and Oceans WP the url at the top is
    http://www.floridamedicareadvisor.test/wp-admin/post.php?post=46&action=elementor

This was created as a page not a post. It looks great and I am very happy with it.

The other page (created as a page) displays this when brought into Elementor for editing
    http://www.floridamedicareadvisor.test/wp-admin/post.php?post=59&action=elementor

However, the page title used to create is not the above, it has the slug dental-insurance and the page title is Dental Insurance. The content for Dental Insurance is shown underneath the content for the homepage.

Post name is used in the permalink and a static page is specified as the home page.

I would put in a screen shot but I don’t know how to do that here.

It is on ServerPlus locally and not a published site until it is ready. I have tried a few other themes just to rule out a problem with Elementor. No other theme behaves this way for me.

For example, I just tried to view the “Sample Post” that normally appears on a new WP install. When I do so, the homepage appears. It thinks it has the post but always displays the same page.

Its a shame because I was really loving Oceans WP until this happened. I was going to contact them but they want $29 for 3 months of support. You cannot even send them a problem.
