Fixed the problem, I just needed to login to this site and once I returned back to the website it updated a few things!
Everything is fine now!
Oh my gosh, THANK YOU SO much… I’ve spent hours researching and could not find an answer. I posted a support ticket with my theme company and wasn’t hearing back, I have a product launch starting tomorrow and was desperately after the solution. I did exactly what Pvanania suggests and it worked!
