Thanks for reaching out @takayukister Motors theme by StyleMix and the main plugin that be interfering is wpml for translations. This all happened around the time I translated my website from nl to en. The problem was that the info was not being sent to active campaign after the form was sent, I tried some custom JS to debug the saved info but then the form stopped sending altogether. After removing the custom JS the forms keeps stuck on the last step and doesn’t send.
