In reply to: [Infusionsoft Gravity Forms Add-on] Stopped Posting To InfusionsoftHi Madaline,
Infusionsoft referred me their API forums. I have yet to get a response there. So when you call infusionsoft, try to work your way up the foodchain to someone who actually knows something. Please keep me posted and I will do the same.

In reply to: [Infusionsoft Gravity Forms Add-on] Stopped Posting To InfusionsoftI have made changes to security settings, my server company has now changed the php handler, I’ve updated to wordpress 3.8.4, gravityforms 1.8.16 and this plugin 1.5.11. The problem still persists.
Anyone have any other ideas?

In reply to: [Infusionsoft Gravity Forms Add-on] Stopped Posting To InfusionsoftHi Snottyscotty, Thanks for getting back to me. Yes, the permission denied issues were on my side and have been resolved. The site has not been hacked and there were not any server changes at the time this started. After updating the plugin, and gravity forms, I got in touch with my server people. I have not updated wordpress yet.
The issue that still persists is that new contacts are not being created in infusionsoft. Within wordpress everything seems to be communicating appropriately, and the feeds all look right. When someone signs up gravity forms sends the email to me, but the contact is not getting created in infusionsoft.
I have some suspicion that it is an infusionsoft issue being that they also had a system wide issue start right around the same time. I’m currently trying to make headway in their API forums. No luck as of yet. So, I’m still pushing every possible angle.

In reply to: [Infusionsoft Gravity Forms Add-on] Stopped Posting To InfusionsoftInfusionsoft is saying that it is a php issue before the information comes to infusionsoft.
Does anyone have any idea how to fix this problem?

In reply to: [Infusionsoft Gravity Forms Add-on] Stopped Posting To InfusionsoftYes. It seems to have started on Friday (9/12/14) with the old version. I updated to the new version and the problem still persists. Any ideas for a solution?
Thank you for your help.

In reply to: [Infusionsoft Gravity Forms Add-on] Start Legacy Follow up Sequence? So far so good. Thank You!!!

In reply to: [Infusionsoft Gravity Forms Add-on] Start Legacy Follow up Sequence? Here is the response I got back from infusionsoft when I submitted a support ticket.
“…The way that Action Sets are designed is that they are basically a list of actions, that you have to essentially “tell to begin”. They do not begin when a tag is applied. An action set can begin when a web form through Infusionsoft is filled out. Since you are currently using a Gravity Form, what you could possibly do is use the API to have the Follow Up Sequence begin.”
Can you tell me more about how this plugin uses the API, so I can talk more intelligently to infusionsoft?
Any other ideas for ways to fix this problem?

In reply to: [Infusionsoft Gravity Forms Add-on] Start Legacy Follow up Sequence?@jchimene Thank you. That is exactly what I had done. Unfortunately, it did not work. I have a request out to the infusionsoft developers.
I still use legacy because campaign builder does not have the ability to appropriately measure marketing piece effectiveness for directmail and other forms of offline marketing. They are supposed to be adding it.

In reply to: [Infusionsoft Gravity Forms Add-on] Start Legacy Follow up Sequence?@jchimene Can you please elaborate a little more? I’ve tried that a few different ways including using action sets. Maybe I’m missing some small detail.
@jchimene. Thank you. Yes that makes sense. I had tried that prior to the site getting knocked off line. What finally seemed to work for me was removing gravity forms and this addon from the server via FTP. Then putting gravity forms back on. Waiting. Then adding the addon again. It took a couple of tries, but finally worked. I waited a couple of days before coming back here to make sure. So far so good.
Thank you again for your help!

In reply to: [Infusionsoft Gravity Forms Add-on] Problem with smart cache@esmi: My apologies. I didn’t see any reason to create a duplicate post. I thought a duplicate post would make your life harder.

In reply to: [Infusionsoft Gravity Forms Add-on] Problem with smart cacheI am having the same problem, and the plugin also also caused me to start getting a “connection to server was reset” when trying to access the site.

In reply to: [Infusionsoft Gravity Forms Add-on] Error on plugin pageI have this same problem and would love to know the solution. I’ve been messing with the permissions for the file, but it still throws up the error.
