I fixed it!

Yes, my theme, Trending, does support custom menu. I just don’t know how to configure custom link for BLOG so it shows my posts. My WELCOME page is home, and blog posts show in home/post-title directory.
My first contact with the admin side of WP was only about a month ago, so could you explain it to me the way a 5 year old could understand?
