Hi,
i’m not sure what that is you are doing, but I used a plug in to generate images as feeatured images. So the first image in the post is set automatically as the featured image.

Has there been any fixes for this? I’ve ended up here after posting a query with the same issue and trawling through the forum and ending up here which apparently had a solution.
