In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Navigation/search features not functioningHi, Geoff.
Thanks for your reply and for the advice.
I apologize for the confusion about the updated designs. We’ve been using those since the beginning and everything was broken. I switched to the non-updated designs after I posted this, forgetting that I referenced this post with a URL. Using the non-updated designs made everything work again. So it’s actually the updated designs that break everything and the non-updated designs that properly function. Perhaps that’s a clue that can help us solve this.
Regarding the WPML issue, we explicitly chose your plugin because you and WPML noted compatibility with one another. So this potentially being the issue is disappointing.
Beginning with your questions:
1. Yes, our profiles and the main language are both English.
2. We have not run WPML troubleshooting tools because we were focused on your plugin. It sounds like with this you’re referencing URL-based issues. Is that what you’re thinking is the issue here? Thanks.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Navigation/search features not functioningSome more information about our troubleshooting process. We switched to the “Twenty Twenty” theme and disabled all plugins except for Events Calendar, Events Calendar Pro, and Events Calendar: Filter Bar. Doing this fixes the problem for one click. We can change the event view or move to another month using the arrows, but then no other filter/navigation option functions. So after the first option is clicked the original issue returns.
Also, these issues are the same on large and small screens, so this is dysfunctional using both desktop and mobile browsers.
