In reply to: Gallery pagination and searchHi jordaniversen,
Sorry bout that, I added a GNU licence snippet to the page after testing and used duplicate php tags.
Removed now and file can be downloaded again from http://www.irishwebhq.com/wordpress-gallery-shortcode-pagination-free-plugin/

In reply to: Gallery pagination and searchHi,
It’s not in repository yet, I want to add a couple of Admin menu options.
A frontend example can be seen at http://www.secretsbridal.com/bridesmaids/. This shows the paginated gallery and happens automatically when you activate the plugin.Mark

In reply to: create pagination with gallery shortcode?Hi Curtiss, ya an option to specify num images is a must. I’ll add that today if I get a chance.
I suppose I didn’t add it to the repository as I don’t see it as a fully completed plugin for the reasons you mentioned and wanted feedback.

In reply to: create pagination with gallery shortcode?I have created a plugin to do this. It defaults to 12 photos per page.
It’s free for download on my site: http://www.irishwebhq.com/wordpress-gallery-shortcode-pagination-free-plugin.

In reply to: Gallery pagination and searchHi all,
I am happy to announce that my plugin is available for FREE download at http://bit.ly/i2K2JU.This plugin automatically paginates the built-in wordpress gallery. I have added a Tiny MCE editor button also for adding the gallery shortcode to your pages and posts.
I have tested this on WordPress 3+ so I don’t make any claims about it working on other platforms.
Please leave comments on the download page.
If you find this useful please tweet about it and share it online.

Hi,
My smooth slider works in the admin section and shows the preview correctly but wont work when I add it to the frontend. It shows the first screen and all slide numbers but the numbers do nothing when clicked.
Mousing over the numbers shows javascript:stepcarousel.stepTo(‘smooth_sliderc’, 2)
etc, but doesnt do anything. Also next and previous buttons are missing even thoug they show up when I view > source:
defaultbuttons: {enable: true, moveby: 1, leftnav: [‘http://www.midwestphysio.ie/wp-content/plugins/smooth-slider/images/button_prev.png’, -25, 105], rightnav: [‘http://www.midwestphysio.ie/wp-content/plugins/smooth-slider/images/button_next.png’, 0, 105]},I have deactivated all other plugins without success.
I have de-activated, deleted and re-installed smooth slider without success.Any ideas?
Thanks,

In reply to: [Plugin: Alkivia Open Community] Pagination on gallery pageHi, I am a full-time wordpress plugin developer and I am thinking of writing a plugin to add pagination to the wordpress gallery shortcode. This would be a paid plugin.
I appreciate the amazing work of wordpress.org and plugin developers who offer their code for free but we all have to make a living and this is my way of doing it. So if there’s and interest I will develop it.
Regards to all,

In reply to: Gallery pagination and searchHi, I am a full-time wordpress plugin developer and I am thinking of writing a plugin to solve these problems (gallery pagination and image search plus some other features like auto lightbox if required and gallery shortcode button in TinyMCE). Do you think that this is a commercially viable plug-in (ie would you be willing to pay a small price $10 – $20 for this plug-in?).
