Ok, so we are clear, its not about creating a blog theme, and then putting our website markup into that blog, its the oither way round where we want the wordpress markup used in our main site markup/css.
Oh, and the sites are……

Thanks for the link Samuel, had seen that before, I guess what we are looking for his advice on whether this is an advised thing to do in our situation, and if so, can someone help us with this, we have a large site where considerable re-integration might be required.
