I know I can edit the checkout template order, but this doesn’t work because it still asks for a billing address.
If I use that method it will still put the shipping address underneath the checkbox and the will still ask to fill in the billing address

The problem with this is that in the back end it shows the shipping address as billing. The problem is that our invoices use the billing field.
We could, of course, change the plugin to use the other field, but the solution wouldn’t be future proof because I would need to customize every plugin I install to use shipping instead of the invoice details.
