Please share the zip/link of the payment gateway plugin you are using.
As I checked that plugin it doesn’t support subscription payments.

Closing this support thread as per the Skype communication we had. It was due to corrupted database table data.

Both on-hold and active subscription can have the option to cancel as in the screenshot shared earlier. Are you getting any error in server error log file when you are viewing the subscription details page in my-account.?

If the subscription can be cancelled, it will show the cancel option in view subscription details, please see the screenshot here.

The payment gateway should support recurring payment in order to make automatic subscription payments. Please share the link/zip of the plugin using for checkout, so I can tell whether it supports subscription payment.

By which plugin you have created the old subscriptions. So I can suggest accordingly. The error you mentioned occur if the subscription with all properties doesn’t exist in database.
