If the issue is in any way related to the installed chrome extensions, then we can never know for sure how the chat works?
Right now we have two different computers, with different chrome extensions and the error still occurs.
We do not know whether the rest of the visitors have of extensions in their Chrome, and in relation to that experience the error themselves resulting in them leaving again.

It’s a very mysterious bug.
I don’t think it has anything to do with the version of Chrome, but I suspect it has something to do with Chrome extensions?
