It’s me again. The client has several domains (multilingual) and I thought he fixed it. But it seems not.
The text you mentioned: “As soon as you change the order to create two labels you will be able to export the order to MyParcel again.” where and how can he do this? Do you have some markers?

Changing it to “Exporteren” did the trick! Just a question though, is this a new option since an update? I cannot remmember seeing this before.

Sure:
1) I open the backend.
2) Then I hit the MyParcel export button to export the address to the MyParcel backend.
3) I print the packing slip and Bob’s your uncle.
4) Then normally it goes on done, but not anymore, I have to do it manually.Screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/UGidrqh.jpg
