I already solved, with the error register and the IA = the problem is related to the shipping methods. If you have manya shipping methods and groups or table rates etc, you must select the shipping manually option to manage in merchan center.

already delete the second source, and also delete some .htaccess rules, flush cache, delete transients and error persists. I also elevate the memory limita to 1024 in wo and php server configuration.
I also deactivate almost all plugins and the error still happen…

this is the message shows on the Create a campaign to advertise your products wheh we indicates skip ads creation.
After deactivate plugins and clear caches, the wizard sell more stuck in the last step “unables to complete…”
There seems to be a conflict, either with the plugin or the theme. The truth is, every time I activate or deactivate a plugin, I get a 502 error.
I’ve also been monitoring the CPU usage, and it increases considerably when the plugin is active and returns to normal when I deactivate it. I believe the conflict might be with the GTM for WooCommerce plugin.
I would appreciate it if you could investigate this behavior and confirm if this is the case. Thank you.

I have been using this plugin for a period of four years, and this is the first time I have encountered this problem. The current environment configuration includes active cache and security plugins, and the plugin is correctly integrated with Google, Google Ads, and WordPress.com.
The only reported point of failure is specifically with the Merchant Center connection. Given that the site is in a production environment with active commercial operations, deactivating any plugins for diagnostic purposes is not a viable option.
I would appreciate any specific and technical recommendations you can provide to resolve this issue while adhering to the current operational constraints.
