If I’m reading this correctly, you’re talking about the navigation menu. You can go into your admin dashboard to menus and remove those “menu items” from the navigation menu to suit your needs…for the most part.

I haven’t reinstalled the theme…that’s my last resort. Trying not to lose all my work.
